This year we're off to the Raven Gill Scout Camp Site within the North Yorks Moors National Park, about half an hour inland to the west of Whitby. Check in here to find out what we're up to each day. Thunder and lightning
We ended the hike with really heavy rain, thunder and lightning. We all got soaked!
Never mind - spirits are high.
Off to Scarborough tomorrow - the PLs will be doing their shopping for the Patrol Cooking Competition.
hahahaha :L im not the only one who got soaked :) my clothes were proper wet :) (i dont mean that in the wrongg way) (cause i know what some on youu might think) scarbourgh is a really nice place aswell :) make sure youu get ALL the pl's on the mini bus :) dont leave anyone this time :D x x x x
At least it was the end of the hike not the beginning!! Enjoy Scarborough and may the best patrol win ( as long as it's Georges )!!!!!!! Happy cooking :)

Aw well the lovely British weather has made its way up there then too! We had it all here as well, just like a tropical storm. It's now after 8pm and the sun is bright and lovely. Sorry that you all got soaked though. You know what they say: "DRIPS DON'T GET WET", HA, HA! Hope you're all dry now. Happy Cooking tmw.
Wow what a day!! Your definately jam packing your days!! Very impressed with all that you've done and achieved in a very small amount of time!! Hope your all sleeping well because you definately need the energy in the day. Looking forward to seeing what you are all up to tomorrow.
